If you already have "flock ready art", fax or e-mail your design to us. See the Design Process. If you have a rough sketch we can develop your art for flock by redrawing your art and by adding typesetting if necessary. If you are sending electronic art by email check out the Art Standards page to choose the best format for your art. There is a standard art charge to process all orders (see the Pricing Page).

Once all the shipping information is completed we will then layout your design, getting the maximum number on a sheet as possible. HIX work areas are 9"x11" and 19"x23"

Depending on quantity, normal production lead times on custom orders, before shipping, are as follows: (We do offer expedited service at an additional cost.)

New Orders: 7 business days
Re-Orders: 5 business days
Expedited Orders: 3 business days (25% of total cost)

For all Custom Orders: Full payment is required before the start of any job. All HIX designed art, and all positives, remain the property of HIX Corporation. HIX reserves the right to ship and bill the customers for 10% over, or under the amount requested.
